Our priorities
Year-round Latino engagement
Political outreach to Latinos is often limited, leaving communities feeling overlooked and disengaged.
Our goal is to create sustained, two-way communication with Latino communities through consistent education, trusted information channels, and visibility in civic life year-round.
Latino Turnout
Despite growing numbers, Latino voter turnout continues to lag due to lack of investment, strategic neglect, and systemic barriers.
Our goal is to mobilize Latino voters through data-driven, multilingual GOTV campaigns that prioritize cultural relevance, early engagement, and local leadership — ensuring Latinos turn out and are heard at the ballot box.
Representation
Although Latinos make up 15% of the state’s population, they hold only 3.7% of executive roles in Massachusetts state agencies.
Our goal is to identify, support, and elect Latino candidates who reflect our values and communities by investing in leadership development, campaign resources, and structural support to build a lasting bench of representation at all levels.
Voter Registration
Too many eligible Latinos remain unregistered, often due to language barriers, misinformation, or lack of targeted outreach.
Our goal is to build a robust and ongoing voter registration infrastructure that meets Latino communities where they are — with culturally relevant outreach, trusted messengers, and tools that make registering simple, accessible, and permanent.

The first step in participating in an election is registering to vote. After you register, you should also take action to maintain your status as an active and eligible voter. Follow these tips to make sure your voting status stays current:
Check your registration status before each election
Submit a new registration form if your information is out of date
Register to vote each time you move
Update your registration if you change your name
Respond promptly to notices from your local election office
You can always check your registration status at sec.state.ma.us. If you need to make changes to your registration, such as your address, party, or name, you can submit those changes online as well.
Remember that any changes to your voter registration need to be submitted at least 10 days before Election Day.
Check out our voter information page for more information on how to vote.
